Sharing what I believe is a great act of leadership from Nikki Cunningham, MD at Curious. This ‘promise’, written and hand signed by Nikki, was handed out to each member of a team during a manifesto meeting exploring the future of Curious. It’s a strong statement which – I think – achieves a number of positive things.
1.) It gives clarity about who and what Curious are/want to be
2.) It gives clarity about what Curious expects from its people
3.) It reinforces a culture of openness and kindness and positions them as important drivers’ of success
