25 Micro-Habits of High Impact Managers

“Your first and foremost job as a leader is to take charge of your own energy and then help to orchestrate the energy of those around you.”

– Peter Drucker

A while ago, I read an article on leadership habits by Tamnay Vora, who said:

“Managers are linchpins who have a big impact in building an organizational culture where people thrive. High-impact managers are those who are adept at driving high-level agendas without losing focus on small things (that are actually big things) that go on to define good leadership.

This focus on soft aspects of leading people, building trust and creating high-performance ecosystem was never more pronounced than now. Leaders carry a responsibility to ensure their team’s physical as well as mental well being, while enabling them to do their best work.”

Couldn’t agree more.

In the article, Tamnay cited ‘25 Micro Habits of High Impact Leaders‘ – another great post. Below, I’ve redrawn an image of these 25 micro habits. Take a look and let me know if there’s anything you might add.
