An example of great feedback – something to latch on to

I recently left a little review for The Suffolk Latch Company, a business that makes cast iron door furniture (because great products and service really do deserve feedback). They replied a couple of days later to thank me and to ask – ever so politely – if I’d mind spreading the love a little further. More than that, they supplied the links to the review sites and they even included my original review copy to make it easier to copy and paste.

I wanted to share what is a fantastic bit of work by their marketing team because although it seems simple enough, this little automation must have taken some thought to set up, and it’s a great way to remove friction from the review-leaving process.

I’ve had a rummage in Yotpo, which was the link at the bottom of their email and it was fascinating.

Thoroughly on brand and lessons to learn from this for all of us.

Andy.
